My names is Rafael Hurtado with 14 + Years Experience as Executive Chef in Mexico and the United States and 3 Years Restaurant Owner of one of the Highest Google-Rated Modern Mexican Restaurants in downtown Puebla Mexico. I have been working in the restaurant business for a long time now and I love and enjoy cooking mostly Mexican and Spanish cuisine. Talking Spanish food I usually go for the traditional and huge variety of Pintxos for parties and reunions.
